UV Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP)

UV Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) is a trenchless rehabilitation method that repairs damaged underground pipes by inserting a resin-saturated, fiberglass-reinforced liner into the host pipe and curing it with UV light. This creates a durable, seamless "pipe-within-a-pipe" in minutes, providing structural integrity, preventing leaks, and minimizing surface disruption.

Centrifugally-Cast Concrete Pipe (CCCP)

Centrifugally-Cast Concrete Pipe (CCCP), often called "spin-casting," is a trenchless rehabilitation method used to structurally repair deteriorated pipes without digging. It involves spinning a high-strength, fiber-reinforced cementitious compound onto the interior surface of a host pipe.

Two Part Polyurethane Injection

Two-part polyurethane injection is a repair method using a resin and hardener mixed at the point of application to seal cracks, stop water infiltration, fill voids, stabilize soil, structures and even roadways. The preformulated components combine to expand rapidly into a dense, waterproof foam, offering a durable, fast-curing solution for infrastructure repairs and foundation stabilization.

CCTV & Pipe Desilting

CCTV uses specialized, High Definition cameras on robotic crawlers to record the interior of pipes, detecting blockages, cracks, or defects.

Pipe desilting is the process of removing accumulated silt, sludge, and debris from sewers and drains, usually with high-pressure water jetting, to restore full flow capacity.

Manhole Rehabilitation

The trenchless, non-destructive process of repairing, sealing, and strengthening existing, deteriorating manhole structures rather than replacing them. It involves cleaning, stopping water infiltration, filling voids, and applying structural liners (like epoxy, geopolymer, or cementitious coatings to prevent corrosion, enhance structural integrity, and extend lifespan.

Pipe Replacement

The process of removing damaged, corroded, or aged storm water pipes such as cast iron, corrugated metal pipe (CMP), or Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) and installing new pipes. It is a permanent solution for severely damaged or collapsed lines, Where CIPP is not an option. Typically involving excavation.
